PROGRAMMED MAINTENANCE
We suggest our customers to bring forth programmed check-ups on equipment as the likes of : Counters and refrigeration units, cash counters, ice makers.
With the programmed maintenance contract a number of interventions are established with the customer which could be every six months or yearly. This is necessary in order to prevent malfunctioning and faulty equipment.
TELEPHONE CALL MAINTENANCE
A phone call, fax or email request is done to Zambofrigo assistants by the customer for prompt intervention. Our operators take the call and immediately pass on the customer's request to the competent technicians who then give maximum priority to full functioning of the equipment. An attentive approach is done on the the type of product which is preserved before acting on the malfunctioning parts.
